Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?

Skies are likely to be partly cloudy, due to lots of high-level moisture (illustrated below for early evening) causing scattered high cloud that should be easily visible in the bright moonlight before midnight, while the brighter stars may give the appearance of mostly clear skies during the periods with less clouds.
