Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

Mostly clear skies are expected during the evening, and then increasing clouds are expected beginning over southwestern regions by late evening, due to increasing moisture at jetstream-level, and other levels, which is forecast to move over most regions overnight.
