Partly cloudy skies are expected over most regions due to high clouds caused by lots of high-level moisture (illustrated below), except for mostly cloudy skies over southwestern regions, and except for mostly clear skies over some regions occasionally developing due to breaks in the high level- moisture that allow many stars to be seen.
