Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?

Mostly cloudy skies with high-level cloudiness are expected, due to jetstream-level moisture over southern Ontario (illustrated below for early evening), followed by increasing mid-level and lower cloud by about midnight. The high cloud may be thin enough to allow the first quarter moon and brighter stars to be visible and cause the appearance of partly clear skies.
