Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?

Mostly cloudy skies are expected during most of the night, due to some low cloudiness during evening and due to high cloud caused by jetstream-level moisture (illustrated below for mid-evening) which is likely to diminish and allow clearing skies before sunrise over most regions.
