Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

Mostly cloudy skies are expected, due to lots of high jetstream-level moisture and cloudiness, followed by increasing cloud at lower levels after midnight, but some periods of mostly clear sky are possible occasionally during the evening over most regions.
