Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?

Partly or mostly clear skies are expected, except for high-level cloudiness that may be visible, caused by jetstream-level moisture which is forecast to move over southern Ontario overnight (illustrated below for mid-evening). Regions near, north of, and east of the GHTA are more likely to have clear skies until the high cloud appears later in the evening.
