Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

Partly clearing skies are expected, especially over southwestern regions, but lots of mid-level cloudiness is likely, due to extensive mid-level moisture (not illustrated below because of some sort of blogsite fault) which is forecast to gradually move southeastward from southern Ontario overnight.
