Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

Clear skies are expected during the evening and then increasing high cloudiness is expected after midnight, due to increasing moisture at middle and high levels which is forecast to move over southern Ontario before morning (illustrated below for early Wednesday).
