Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?
Mostly cloudy skies are likely, due to lots of mid-level moisture available (illustrated below for late evening) as well as some high cirrus cloud, but enough clear breaks may exist over many regions to occasionally result in the nearly full moon being brightly visible and giving the impression of a mostly clear sky.
