Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Wednesday night?

Partly or mostly clear skies are likely over most regions, with periods of cloudiness at times, due to mid-level moisture which is forecast to be over southern Ontario overnight (illustrated below for late evening) and with enough periods of mostly clear sky to allow the full moon to be easily visible and give the impression of clear sky.
