Partly or mostly cloudy skies are likely over most regions during the evening, due to lots of mid-level moisture which is forecast to move over southern Ontario during the evening (illustrated below for late evening) and then mostly clear skies are likely during early morning after the mid-level moisture moves east from southern Ontario.
