Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?

It looks like skies will be partly cloudy after sunset and then cloudy later in the evening as increasing mid-high level moisture flows over southern Ontario (as shown on the chart below for moisture at the 700 hPa level) but increasing jetstream-level cirrus moving over southern Ontario during Monday afternoon will contribute to the cloudiness.
