Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Wednesday night?

Skies are likely to become mostly clear by sunset over most regions, as a high pressure ridge builds eastward over the western and southern Great Lakes regions, while an upper level low over northern Ontario maintains some moisture and cloudiness north of southern  Ontario. Light (not calm) winds ought to prevent fog formation over regions with moist ground, and there should be no problem seeing the Hunter’s Moon.
