It looks like mostly cloudy skies are likely, due to extensive low-level moisture resulting in low-level cloudiness, except for gradually clearing skies over southwestern regions after midnight. Over and south of Georgian Bay, the atmosphere will have sufficient moisture to remain cloudy all night, and regions of southern Ontario south and east of Georgian Bay will most likely remain mostly cloudy all night.
