Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?
Skies are expected to be mostly clear during the evening (except for high cloud that may be visible) and then partly cloudy skies are expected by about midnight as mid-level moisture moves over southern Ontario (illustrated below for late evening) ahead of a weak cold front.
