Will skies be clear Wednesday night over southern Ontario?
Mostly cloudy skies are likely, except that lots of breaks in the low and mid-level moisture may allow skies to occasionally be clear enough over some or most regions for the moon and bright stars to be visible, even through the high cloud and low-level humidity.
