Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

Lots of moisture will be available to cause clouds at all levels, and high humidity will cause skies to appear hazy, but mid-evening skies will probably appear starry (except for widespread high-level clouds) due to a region of less mid-level moisture  which is forecast to move over most regions of southern Ontario overnight (illustrated below for late evening).
