Will skies be clear Tuesday night over southern Ontario?
Cloudy skies are expected due to lots of mid and high-level moisture moving over southern Ontario, except that skies may appear partly cloudy during the evening in locations where breaks in the high cloudiness allow the moon and brighter stars to be visible and give the impression of partly clear skies.
